How many people can be on my podcast?We can host up to 4 people at once in the studio for recording. If you want to change guests for episodes, they are welcome to wait in the studio or hangout in the balcony overlooking Downtown Miami.

How will I get my video files?An initial video (1080p) with the live cuts is available immediately after the recording stops. You and your team will receive RAW 4K video footage with multiple camera angles and audio channels. If you’d like immediate access to your footage you are encouraged to bring your own SSD Hard Drive for instant data transfer, or opt for a swift Google Drive link delivery within 24 hours of your shoot. Further editing (a 4K edited version of the full podcast) or social media snipibts can be requested at an extra cost, those are typically delivered within 48 hours. We keep all files (audio/video/BTS Photos) on our Google Drive at no cost to you for up to 10 days. If you’d like for us to retain your footage for longer that 10 days, there is a monthly fee of $25 per month (per podcast/shoot) to retain the footage on our servers.

Do you offer editing service?Achieve a polished and professional podcast with our all-inclusive Premium Edit package. We handle the filming and editing, using our advanced editing suite. Simply provide us with your graphic assets, and we'll integrate them into your video. Our efficient process ensures a quick turnaround time, with edited podcasts ready for YouTube in as little as 48 hours (for an hour-long podcast). Trust us to take care of the technical details while you focus on delivering engaging content. Why would I need further editing?While the 1080p 'live' cut will satisfy most, we like to offer additional 4K editing service options so that your podcast can be as polished as possible.

Can I arrive early for my booking?You may enter the space 15 minutes prior to your booking. If you or your guest arrive earlier than 15 minutes you are welcome to wait in our building’s lobby.

Can I live stream from here?Yes! We have blazing fast internet and can stream to any platform.

What is the cancellation policy?If you need to cancel your pre-booked session with us, we offer a full refund if given 48 hours notice. 50% of booking value for 24 hour notice. Anything less than 24 hours out will not be refunded.

Can I extend my booking while I’m in space?Yes! If our schedule allows and there are no conflicting bookings you can extend your podcast. Payment for any additional time would be charged that same day via Zelle, Apple Pay, or through our online credit card payment processing system.

Is the indoor space only used for podcasts?Our space is versatile, many influencers utilize our space to record promotional materials such as YouTube videos, advertisements, scripted reels, mock podcast promos, affiliate branding materials, courses, video sales letters, brand message videos and even hosting masterminds or workshops. What if I want to add an extra camera or microphone to my booking?Our podcast set up has inputs for up to 5 additional cameras (8 total) and 2 additional microphones (4 total) if you’d like additional camera angles, or audio. You are more than welcome to bring your own equipment to enhance your shoot. We do have 2 extra microphones in case a 4 person set up is necessary. If you are going to add audio or visual to your podcast please reach out to us 48 prior to your booking to ensure a seamless production.

THE FOUNDER
ITALIAN FILM & TV PRODUCER | FILMMAKER | MIAMI-BASED CREATIVE
An award-winning Italian Film and TV producer and filmmaker based in Miami, Florida. From 2005 to 2013, Jacopo served as Head of the Creative Department at Albatross Entertainment, a leading television production company based in Rome, Italy. There, he oversaw the creation, production, and promotion of prime-time TV series, films, and mini-series aired on RAI and RTI, including writing credits for Commissioner Rex and The Restorer.
In 2013, Jacopo co-founded Samarcanda Film, where he produced and distributed critically acclaimed documentaries such as Big North, The World’s Most Dangerous Borders, and Transamazonica – The Frail Frontier. These films were released theatrically and are now available on Netflix Europe and Amazon Prime Video. As a director and producer, his films have won multiple awards, including Best Overall Film and Best Documentary at the Planet Pop Film Festival 2024 and Best Urban Documentary at the Miami Urban Film Festival 2024, with selections at several international festivals.
Jacopo’s first feature film, A Once Busy Earth, aired on PBS New York and continues to broadcast on WLIW21 Specials and Thirteen PBS. He is now preparing to release his second feature film, which tackles the urgent issue of gun violence in America.
In the U.S., he has worked as post-production manager and creative producer on projects such as Addiction Unplugged (A+E), Hidden Frontiers: Arabia (Discovery US), Convergence – Courage in a Crisis (Netflix). Since founding Hyperplane Media in 2020, Jacopo has continued creating powerful and impactful stories.
